The correct answer was given by Anne Watcher from Clinton, Ontario. She noticed that Pat and Brad are wearing ties in service. They are following the fine example of our CO - Todd Schleper. Anne and her husband Rob arrived a few weeks ago and are staying in León until the spring. You can follow their adventures on their blog JW Journal.
